What Happens If You Brush Tongue Too Hard?

Pears and chocolate

But ... was now bringing to you one of my cake: Mrs. Pear and chocolate.
It's been so long since I could ... and it was nice to have breakfast on Sunday with the scent of chocolate and caramel all over the house (I state that the house is small!)
This is one of those cakes that I'm cool, because when you have a bite as you feel is due to the soft fruit that's inside!

350 g. flour
300 g. sugar
25 g. cocoa
25 g. chocolate chips 3 eggs

3 pears Abbot
200 ml. vegetable oil
100 ml. of pear juice
1 tablespoon rum
a packet of yeast
a pinch of salt
(+ butter and flour for preparing the mold and brown sugar to caramelize)
For the topping:
275 g. dark chocolate
75 g. butter
and 3 tablespoons water

Wash and peel the pears, 2 Farie into small pieces, the other pear slice in order to get a lot of circles to line the top of the cake, pass these slices in a pan with sugar and caramelized, set aside.
Mix eggs, sugar, pear juice, oil and rum, blend until mixture is smooth. With the help of the sieve to add the flour mixed with baking powder, and cocoa, then the salt and mix well.
Pour half of the dough into the mold, buttered and dusted with flour, cover with pieces of pear and still pay the rest of the dough. Bake in preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 50 / 60 minutes (depending on the oven, mine is not vented) but check before you bake.
Once removed the oven to cool on a grate. Prepare the chocolate coating: In a saucepan with 5 tablespoons water over low heat melt the grated chocolate. Remove from heat, stir in the butter pieces and mix. Ri cover the cake and decorate it with slices of caramelized pear ...

... this piece is for you!
