Pici salmon and chicken with apple

I discovered a new lump, new to me but certainly known to you.
Are Pici typical Sienese "... the old paste semoll durum wheat, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature ..." so it says in the pack pasta received this Christmas.
It said also that it takes 22 minutes of cooking, and I must say that this was another discovery, it gives you just the right time to set the table and the sauce to dress it! It is usually served with a sauce of vegetables or meat, but I just tried something else. A sauce easy, fast, but I assure you, you let your taste buds happy and heart satisfied apple, leek and smoked salmon



The smoked salmon tastes strong, decisive and unmistakable and certainly able to prevail over we add any other seasoning, but the apple and leek softens the league with one another. My husband was a bit incredulous at this pair, but has reconsidered after 3 seconds (remember the chicken or the stewed pears with chocolate ...) and then after 22 minutes leaped!


Pici
200g. smoked salmon
1 apple gala
chopped leek
100ml vegetable cream
white wine ( 1 cup) extra virgin



Cook the pasta (22 minutes). Prepare the table!
In a large skillet brown the leeks with the oil, add the salmon into small pieces and finally the apple. Pour the wine, then the cream to thicken and turn off the heat.
unstick the dough and pour into pan with sauce, mix and serve! Success guaranteed!

With this dish I present to contest " Mr. Salmon " of The reindeer in the kitchen!
